Loss Circulation is the uncontrolled flow of the mud and the drilling fluids and additives into the formation which can be partial loss or total loss circulation and is caused due to formations being inherently fractured or having high permeability or induced fractures due to improper drilling.
Drilling Detergent is a special aqueous blend of anionic and non ionic surfactant and surface-active agents that reduces the surface tension of all water-based drilling fluids and reduces the sticking tendency of water-sensitive shale cuttings to the drilling assembly, whether it is fresh or saturated salt water.
Corrosion Inhibitor is a water-soluble filming amine corrosion inhibitor it effectively controls corrosion by dissolved oxygen. It can be used to treat water cut well flow lines, process equipment and oil pipe lines. It may also be used along with drilling fluids and an effective oxygen scavenger and biocide.
Defoamers and Antifoam Products are used in removing the entrapped Air and gas from water based and oil based mud systems and cement slurrys and brine . we also manufacure antifoam additives and defoamers for high temperature , high salinity systems .our products are effective in a wide Range of PH and at high temperature and in the presence of contaminants
Viscosifiers used for drilling are essential drilling fluid additives and chemicals added to the water base mud or the oil base mud or synthetic base mud systems to Increase the cutting carrying capacity of the drilling fluid, to maintain the correct pressure & reduce the fluid. drilling viscosifersalso improve the lubricity of the fluid and improved suspension of solids.
Fluid loss Reducer is a modified high performance sulphonated compound modified using phenolic resins used as a shale stabilizer for oilfield applications. Its versatile mud conditioner contributes to the stability of drilling fluids, stabilizes shale, inhibits dispersion of drilled solids, reduces torque and drag, controls high temperature water loss and acts as an alternative to oil usage etc.
Biocide is a Chemical additives or natrual addtives used in the Oil field to reduce the slime forming bacteria or to control the sulfate-reducing bacterica. biocides of differnt formulations are added to drilling fluids, oilfield water systems, transmission pipelines and storage systems.
Extreme Pressure lubricant (oil based) is a environmentally friendly oil based lubricant, designed to reduce torque & drag and to lower the potential of bottom hole assembly balling in all water base mud’s under extreme pressure conditions.
